Outside of iRacing, this is probably the best representation of America’s premier open-wheel series. When you add in the Texas Motor Speedway circuit available via VRC, you can have some amazing oval races, or just find those extra hundredths of a second on a hot lap.

This car is a different kettle of fish to the 2020 machine: the loss of downforce is obvious, and corners that were flat out now need a lot more care than they did before. In Assetto Corsa, thanks to RSS, you can experience the new cars a year early.

The sounds are spot on, and the physics accurately represent what was the fastest Formula One car prior to the 2020 Mercedes W11.ĭespite the traction control, you have to be careful: those V10 engines were mighty powerful, and the car can certainly bite. While technically a DLC and not an outright mod, the Kunos F2004 certainly deserves a mention here. Honestly, this map has provided me with hours of fun and exciting driving, and I always discover something new every time.VRC have produced a very accurate representation of the car in this Assetto Corsa mod, from the physics to the sounds. Some of the points of interest in this map include the Lake Louise Hotel, a Ski Resort, a curved suspension bridge, and an avalanche tunnel to name a few. The map also features a variety of layouts for AI racing, it's compatible with multiplayer, and its uphill and downhill descents make it ideal for drifting as well. Cruising around was beyond relaxing as you get immersed into the atmosphere this map has to offer but the fast, tricky, and variety in roads kept the driving experience exciting. The track is inspired by the real “lake Louise” in Banff national park and features incredible scenery and landmarks, vast elevation changes, and loads of other smaller details. It features everything from single-lane mountains paths to four-lane wide highways, which adds loads of variety and new paths to explore. Released back in 2017, the map features 23 kilometers of twisty, bumpy, and exciting roads. Finally, at number 1, we have Lake Louise.
